This suburban office project on a 3 ha site was completed in early 2006. It features 14,000 m2 of high-quality, air conditioned office space, 340 car spaces with each floor offering a maximum of 3,500 m2. The site is linked to the Zličín metro station and is only 15 minutes by car to the center of Prague. It is situated 400 m from the western ring road affording easy connection to the airport and the rest of the national highway network. Original tenants included Schindler, McDonald’s, ADP, Medronic and IKEA. The project was sold to AVIVA in 2007.
