Portland Trust has acquired three sites in Bucharest and one in Prague for a new venture into the data center sector. These projects are currently in various stages of the permitting process.

DC 1 • IT Load 30 MW, Building Permit obtained in 2023, 26,437 m2 built area.
DC 2 • IT Load 30 MW, Building Permit obtained in 2024, 23,707 m2 built area.
DC 3 • IT Load 30 MW + 12 MW, 33,626 m2 built area. The project is currently in the permitting process.
Data Centers in Prague
DC 1 • IT Load 20MW, 22,000 m2 built area. The project is currently in the permitting process.
